About the Challenge
RamHacks is a 24-hour hackathon uniting coders, designers, and innovators to solve real-world challenges through technology. Hosted at Farmingdale State College, this event is your opportunity to immerse yourself in a surge of creativity, collaboration, and competition. Form teams to build cool projects and compete for prizes, exclusive swag, and bragging rights.
Brought to you by FSC's Supporting Women in Computing, Google Developer Student Club, Cybersecurity Club and Artificial Intelligence Club.

What to Build
Feel free to build whatever sparks your interest, whether it aligns with a track or not—we’re excited to see your ideas come to life! RamHacks is all about bringing together creative thinkers to innovate, collaborate, and compete, so let your imagination run wild. This hackathon is beginner-friendly, so there's no pressure to deliver fully polished, complete projects! Just try your best.
What to Submit
- Submit your project via Devpost before our submission deadline
- You will be required to do a live demo to judges (science fair style) in order to win a track
- All code must be submitted via a GitHub link. Projects started before the hackathon begins or code pushed after submissions close will be disqualified.
NOTE: For the Cybersecurity participants, submission rules may differ.
